Print to the printer normally. The output will be in
/Users/Shared/CUPS-PDF in a folder with your user account's name. Feel free to make an alias to this folder on your desktop or put it in the Dock.

Open a new, blank Word document. If you already have a document open, just press 'Ctrl-N' to open a second document. Click the 'Insert' menu and select 'Pictures' to add an image from your computer, or 'Online Pictures' to add one from the Internet. Select the bottom picture first.
